Didn't get cortana alpha in India

I've updated my lumia 520 to cyan in India with original update but after the update i've changed my language and region to english,us to get cortana. i got cortana beta. but now i want to get cortana alpha which was released by microsoft for India purpose. now i'm unable to get cortana even after i've changed my region and language to english india and speech to uk. can anyone please help me.

You will have to get the 8.1 update 1 to get Cortana alpha for which you will have to sign up for preview for developers to get the update.

But many of my friends are not on dev preview but they got that windows 8.1 update with cortana alpha.

Cortana is released only to Preview for developers build as GDR Update 1. In order to enjoy cortana alpha version, Yo either need to switch back to preview for developers which is not recommended and advisable or just wait for the update 1 from microsoft for Official win8.1 in which the appfolder feature and cortana shall be made available
