diffrence between lumia 525 and 520???

i know there is no physical diffrence between lumia 525 and 520 but is there any way to distinguish one from the other?.........is there any software diffrence between the two?

The only thing I know is that it has more ram on the 525.

Like the person above stated, only the 1GB of RAM is the difference. No software difference.
