Disabling the beep sound my phone makes when I connect to a call?

When I dial a number and it connects, I hear a beep sound. Does anyone know how to deactivate this please? Thanks.

Could you determine from which of the speakers (the earpiece or the main speaker) of the phone does the tone or beep come from? Does it sound like a phone key has been pressed, producing a DTMF type of tone?

It comes from the earpiece (no handsfree speaker). It sounds like a loud key press.

Thanks. Could you try the following so we can eliminate some probable causes:
1. Try calling but with your headset on (reduce the volume of the phone to around 4 or 5 to prevent possible hearing damage);
2. Try enabling loud speaker when calling.

Let us know if you hear the tone through your headset, loudspeaker, or both.

It makes no difference - the tone comes through both. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this issue and I can't find any setting for it.

hi....even i am getting the same kind of sound..whats that ...its hardware or software issue.......

No body facing the same issue in lumia 930.. .......now i could hear the same sound twice which clicking call button .....
