Disk 100%

The last few days I have some trouble with my surface pro. The disk is very slow (taskmgr 100%)

What have I done:
- Reinstall Windows (with Usb)
- Change Pagefile
- Drivers up to date

Please help

It's possible the SSD or the controller is going bad. What kind of programs are you using.?

Welcome to the forums. Have you done an anti virus/malware scan?
