Do I have a bad wireless charger?

I tried the wireless charger and it didn't work. The indicator light was never on. My tap+send works, I tried with the NFC tag that came in the box. But the wireless charger seemed to be not working. Or I probably didn't do it right... Any thoughts?

If it's not lighting up and you don't hear the connect tone on the phone, you probably have a bad charger. Take it into the store and see if your phone works on a different charging pad. If so, return the charger you have. Good luck.
