Do i need to laminate nokia lumia 625 so that camera may not get dirty ? or should i buy case for my phone?

Buy a case and carry a cleaning cloth. I wouldn't recommend laminating it or what you probably mean, a screen protector.

I wouldn't put things over the camera. I'd just clean it when I have to.
