Do MS physical stores off the Education discount?

Like the title states, are you able to get the education 10% of discount at physical MS stores? Have a preorder for the 950xl at the store, but if I can save $64.90 online, I should probably order there. I'd prefer to pick up as if like to have it day one. Anyone know?
