Does 8.1.1 update fix low-light camera issue

Hi all

Ive been away from WP for a little while and using an Xperia Z2, but Im wanting to get my Lumia 930 back up and running, I ended up switching due to the low-light camera issue.

Is the Low-Light noisy flickering addressed in this update or has it all ready been fixed in a Nokia Camera update.

The camera is driven by firmware not the OS. The 930 will have a ton of imaging improvements plus 4k video with Denim firmware update. Look at 830 photo samples to see what I mean. Pureviewclub did a review of good the denim firmware is on the 830.
