Does anyone else have a problem syncing Comcast email?

So I have my Comcast email account set up on my Lumia 920 and I seem to have a problem with it. I have it set to update every 30 minutes but it doesn't do that. I've seen it go as far as 3 hours without an update. I've manually gone to it and told it to sync and it will just sit there "syncing" without actually updating. It's done this both over my data account through AT&T and when connected to wifi. Eventually, at seemingly random times it will update and I'll get all the emails that have been sent within the last several hours, but it's definitely not updating/syncing like it should be.

Mine seems to work okay. Although, it's not my main email account, so I really not too concern about how fast it syncs.
