Does anyone have a way to block signatures in outlook desktop or remove pictures?

We communicate with team of people who use big signatures, and they insist on keeping the same huge signature in every email, it makes emails huge. Is there a way to block these signatures or maybe an email add-on for Outlook desktop (365) to clean those up?

Sometimes antivirus comes with add-ons for Office that can help with this. Are the team you work with not able to alter their signatures?
