Does anyone know when the Cortana Android App will be availabile in German/Germany?

I am trying (kinda have to) switch from my 950 to an Android phone. Unfortunately It seems Cortana is not available in German (or maybe it's the regional setting, didn't check). Does anyone know when this will be available?

p.s. Now that I have tried an iPhone and an Android phone, I WANT MY WINDOWS PHONE BACK! :-\

I'm not sure on that timeline, as Cortana is still in beta on Android, and it's very rough. In fact, it won't even work properly on my V30 at all. Despite multiple attempts at fixing it, it will open but won't load my feed or allow me to do any search queries or commands. It worked just fine on older Androids I had to play with but the latest update appears to have broken it a little.

Jumping in here. Anyone using Cortana on android, do you also get the Google white circle showing when you long press the home button? Using a Nokia 8 on oreo beta
