I haven't heard of anyone getting an unlock yet for the 920. A few have paid a fee to an unlock company but have not received a code.

Is there any difference between Roger's and T&T's lumia 920?

They both use the same frequencies for LTE and 4g and the first 920's were unlocked for either carrier so you should be able, in theory, to use an att sim and have the full monty!

You can order an unlocked Lumia 920 from Axiom Telecom (UAE) for around $700. You might want to check the 4G bands though.
