does barnes and nobles price match?

I've been looking for a good book that will help an extreme beginner learn some coding to start to make apps for windows 8, rt, and wp8. Any suggestions to look for would be great help thanks peoples

Barnes and Noble does not price match, unfortunately. Also, I like the Dummies series. They're surprisingly well written and can be very helpful. The apress "beginners" series aren't too bad either. But definitely check into the Dummies series' C# books. I'd start with C# basics and move on to Windows 8/rt/Phone8.

No problem. When I was learning C++, the book "C++ for Dummies" was surprisingly helpful.
