Does Cortana read and let you voice respond to text messages yet in the latest Windows Mobile build?

Since I drive a lot, the main feature I use from windows mobile 8.1 is Cortana reading text messages when they arrive and letting me respond to them using my voice.

So far every build of Win 10 Mobile has not had this feature.

Is it back in the latest build?

It is...I use it all the time. It's part of "Driving Mode"

I hope it will come back in future builds. Microsoft says, Microsoft team not yet started work cortana for windows 10 mobile.

That is different. Driving mode requires a Bluetooth headset. What I am describing uses the phone's speaker and mic.

Yes, it is in the Cortana settings. Open Cortana, tap the 3 lines in the upper left corner, select "Notebook" then "Settings". Scroll down to where you see, "Read incoming text messages aloud" and select how you would like it done from there.
