My lumia says it has virus after I opened a page on my phone

How do I know if I have a virus and if so how do I remove it?

Sir, you can't have virus on windows phone, but you can use internet, and internet have ads.

This is not a virus , it's just advertisement for some app .. Don't pay attention to it

Lol I've known windows phone to say that, but yeah websites can load ads through the explorer UI making it look as if its from your phone
