Does office come free forever with a Dell Venue 8 pro?

I ordered it on ebay yesterday, it'll be arriving from the 27th-29th, and one of the main reasons I bought it was because it came with office and student which I need for school, so just to be doubly doubly sure, it does come with office free forever right? I had to return a toshiba encore 2 I got because it only came with 1 year of it, and I hope to use the tablet for a long time

Well, I think it does come with it free forever, unlike the Toshiba Encore 2 that brings only a year with it, the Encore 1 brings it forever too, and since nowhere have I heard that it's only a year, I assume it's forever, I just wanna be sure

Also purchased a DV8P. It comes with Office 2013 Home and Student, which is full office. It is different from Office 365 which is subscription based. Your office 2013 should not expire.

Office 2013 H&S is part of the Windows license and does come free forever. No Outlook though.
