Does Onedrive autosync only from PC to Cloud, or does it move files from Cloud to PC without prompt?

I just have to make sure that Onedrive doesn't move files from the Cloud to the PC without me knowing. Like for example if a file has changed, does the sync only go from the PC to Onedrive, or are there instances where Onedrive thinks my PC is out of sync and mmoves a file from Cloud to PC?

Another thing, a stupid question, but

This PC>Documents>Bioware
when I click that adress in the adress box, it says this:
C:\Users\Christopher\OneDrive\Dokumenter\BioWare

So if I have the Documents folder backed up on Onedrive, does that mean I can no longer access the Documents folder if I'm offline? I just can't seem to find where on my HD the Documents folder is, it seems to be only available through Onedrive. Is that correct?


I don't believe it does any of those things, but I have to make sure I am not missing something.
