Does surface have good cooling system? And does need external cooler?

Laptops are designed to not need external cooling solutions within standard operating temperatures which typically range from freezing to a tad below the hottest days.

However, it can't hurt usually. It's possible that thermal design is poor but we won't know until after launch, but considering the Surface Pro's were done about as well as they could've been designed, I believe MS knows what they're doing as far as cooling tight spaces are concerned.
