Does the 1020 have the latest version of Windows Phone 8?

I'll be picking up the 1020 on Rogers in a week or so and unlocking it to use on Bell, and I was wondering what version of WP8 does it have? Is it the latest release?

I bought some ATT ones, it has GDR 2 and Amber out of the box. I can't speak to Rogers, but I'd assume it's the same. GDR is only on new hardware right now. You can update to GDR 3 with the dev tools, if you'd like.
