Does the 4g LTE of the 928 works on other networks?

Does it works only on Verizon's LTE network or does it work on other networks?, More specifically I wanna know if it would work on Telcel (mexican carrier) 4G LTE network, greetings and thanks in advance.

Does Telcel use the segment of the 700 MHz band that is used by Verizon or by AT&T, or does it use something else? Verizon phones will not get LTE on AT&T. Verizon 4G LTE Devices Not Compatible with AT&T’s 4G LTE Network - SlashGear

Hi all,

I bought Lumia 928 last week and brought it to Denamrk where I live. 3G and HSPA work fine, and after installing "access point" app internet sharing and MMS work as well. So I have nearly fully functional phone. However unfortunately LTE does not work. The network I am on is using LTE bands 3 and 7 (1800 and 2600) and it is apparent that the phone is not capable of using these bands. However, it seems that the phone supports them (Nokia Lumia 928 | Device | Nokia Developers) but that they are being locked by Verizon. So I am wondering if anybody has an idea how could other LTE bands be enabled. Is that possible at all?

I think your sadly mistaken the Lumia 928 does not do 1700 mhz and 2100 only 750/1700 for Verizon and I'm not sure even if there is a pentaband model but the Verizon one will not do T Mobile LTE 1700/2100 it will only do 4G /3G

My 928 doesn't work with LTE on a 1800 mhz network in Israel, where I live.
