Does the 950Xl have the same incoming call echo issues as the 950 does?

I have the 950 and with a few other people have found an issue where incoming calls get a lot of background noise and echo effect (due to the noise cancellation not turning on or sending single) this only happens on incomeing and a hot fix for it is to just press hold on the call and then turn it back on again. Just wondering if that is the case for XL as well.
