Does the latest Verizon software update have Cortana?

I have been on the Developer preview on my Icon for a while now and have been out of touch with the official software updates for the Icon.

Does it have Cortana already?

Cortana is part of Microsoft OS and not Verizon.

No. The Cyan update contains WP8.1 and it has not been released yet for the Icon. Standard Icon comes with WP8.0 which does not have the Action Center, Notification Center or Cortana.
