Does the Lumia 930 has 4 or 5 Action Center Toggles?

I am planning to buy a Lumia 930 soon and want to know this, thank you in advance

Is there a provision to have 5 toggles? I'm planning to buy a 930 too and I had read somewhere that phones with resolutoin >= 720p have 5 toggles. Can you please confirm? Thanks.

I think that only phone with 5 toggles is L1520 with 6 inch.. 5 would make them very small on 5 inch screen. It used to bother be to only have 4 but now I got used to it, I actually use only 3.
That 4th would be nice to be a flashlight hah we should suggest that

Just pin the flashlight app to your start screen, one screen touch anyway that way.
