Does the recent news mean that the Lumina 950XL will no longer be sold?

Just bought a 950XL, love it, but what if it breaks, lost etc. I have a replacement policy with MS, but will there even be more 950XLs available.

For the time being yes. I think there's some time before we can worry about those phones being discontinued.
