Does this Photon Browser really have flash player?

There's this browser i stumbled across called Photon Flash Player & Private Browser ( https://is.gd/oTZEon | shortened with Short.y app) that supposedly has flash player, is this really the case or just a scam? Because 7$ is pretty expensive

Judging by the reviews - it does have flash support - but it's incredibly buggy. And looks like it's even unusable for some people. $7 is steep for an app that might not even work. I'd tread with caution.
