does windows phone 8.1 update 2 enable HID bluetooth?

I read early on that 8.1 update 2 enables Bluetooth keyboards, but I haven't seen much in the way of people reporting this is the case. does the yezz billy or blu now support Bluetooth keyboards with the update 2?
