Doesn't see 128GB SDXC

[Windows Central Question]

256/8 i5 won't see 128gb sdxc card inserted in slot. If there is one in the slot, it hangs up completely on startup. Everything works fine with a 64GB sdxc is used. What is going on and how can I fix it
