Double tab to wake up phone in Lumia-620 not seen after flashing to GDR2,

I had updated GDR2 to my Lumia 620, (thanks wpcentral forum members), Can some one know about how to get Double tab to wake up phone in Lumia-620, below are some screenshots of Lumia 620 with GDR2, I had updated my display + touch to latest version 1.6.2.23.

As far as I know only the 82x and 92x Lumia range are supposed to be getting the Double Tap to Wake feature. I'm not sure about the other Lumia models though but it would seem that the 620 isn't getting this feature as you have discovered. I did notice that Nokia have finally made call and SMS blocking a feature of the firmware at last.

AFAIK, Lumia 620 does not come with Super Sensitive Touch technology. Then what is that "Touch sensitivity" option?

Yeah 620 and 520 don't come with it although i cant remember where i read it. From what im aware of, the 520 doesn't come with glance either, not sure about the 620

yeah, you're right. But, in Amber update, my Lumia 620 can be touched by nails but not by glove :grin:

Double tap to wake up works on the 52x series. Super sensitive imho is just a software addition, not a hardware dependent feature.
Idk why we haven't got the Double Tap to wake feature yet

The feature is not yet implemented in gdr2 for 620.

So every single blog has lied to us all, because I was expecting double tap ****. Now they (blogs) all are talking about GDR3, not even GDR2 is out the way it?s meant to be. I?m almost giving up to another phone.

I read about the missing features for 520/620 when the news came out. I will find it now for you. They didn't lie.

You will get an update for display+touch from that you will double tap to wake up.

Yeah that's correct. I must have misread the article as i found videos of 520 with double tap to wake so i would assume 620 would have the same.

L620 was supossed to have it, only fm radio the hardware doesn?t support. l520 can?t support glance, look the nokia fan blogs even here in wpcentral. l620 was expected to have it. Another disapointment.

That's because the 520 and 620 don't support glance.

The post you qouted was in reference to double tap to wake.

I hope Nokia will fix this thing after Amber/GDR2 rolling out officially worldwide
I'd rather didn't get the Touch Sensitivity options than didn't get the double-tap to wake options:asleep:

just checked and nothing so far .. I'm really looking forward to double tap to take up on my 620 , that'd be something that'll stand out from other phones! (i mean from other smartphone makers, etc).

Official release date is 14 august. There is two GDR2 updates on net, sweden and polack. They seem fine ?til the moment.
