'Double tap to wake' missing on L640 with 14965

I've just found that my L640 on 14965 has no option to turn on/off 'Double tap to wake'.

Is this insider build problem or what?

Nope it works on my Lumia 640

Settings>personalization>lock screen. Mind you this is for the 950 but I assume it's in the same place for the 640.

Thanks, it's there and working.

I was searching for it in Extras > Touch.
