Downgrade from 8.1 to 8.0

I want to downgrade from 8.1 Cyan to 8.0 Black, how can I do it? With Nokia recovery tools is no longer possible.

You should dig for WP8 Black "ROM" and install it manually with one of Nokia tools.
Recently I tried to download "ROM" with Nokia Care Suite and it happily downloaded WP8 Black. Why don't you give it a try?
Obviously, the link leads to the thread on how to flash Lumias, not the "ROM" itself
