Windows Central Question

I just upgraded to windows 10. My first night it worked fine, but I closed my computer shut, instead of closing it the proper way. The next morning I open my computer and it didn't load up it just froze. So I looked online and many people had the same problem. So I decided I just wanted to downgrade back to 7, so I system recover my computer and clicked on the option to go back to windows 7, but my computer says I need to delete my user. And everyone I try to get to that option it freezes. Can someone help me get my computer back?
