Downgrading ROM/firmware

Can the firmware/ROM be downgraded from Lumia Amber to whatever the original version was on a 520? My variant says it's the RM 914 EU Hungary 422 build 3046.0000.1329.10263. I want to downgrade it to build 1030.6409.1314.1002.

The software recovery tools available generally are used to install the latest available firmware and is used to revert back from windows 10 or recovery a bricked phone. However there maybe websites where you can find the older firmware files and tutorilals to flash as well (at your own risk) Most phones are on denim and you want to go back to step before amber? strange requests Moreover I think it shipped with Cyan which is 2 steps after Amber!!!

Nope I bought it in 2013 without Amber.
I don't care about 2015 phones. I want to have a 2013 phone with 2013 firmware.
