My phone Lumia 520 is doing great with 8.1 preview for developers, do i still need to downgrade to 8.0?

According to this - Windows Phone 8.1 Preview users still need to downgrade their OS in order to get Lumia Cyan | Windows Phone Central

Or you can wait till Microsoft restarts the Preview program and you should be able to upgrade to Cyan without downgrading
