Stuck at 0% here, too.
I wonder if it is related to SD card issues? Do you have an SD card?

I noticed on the current build, it would install apps on my SD card even though I have phone selected in the storage app (everything else is set to go to the SD card). And then there is the issue with apps not running from the SD card after reboot (or just randomly sometimes, it seems).

just wait from 15-45 minutes (depending on you network) and you will find it jumping from 0 to 21% or 40%

Almost gone 45%. Still stuck.

Yep, mine finally switched to preparing to install updates. It took much longer to download than usual and never displayed any % other than 0.

it is just not showing the right value

Give it time. Mine stayed at 0% for about an hour, then jumped to 17%.

It's now installing (at the spinning cogs). Lumia 930.

Not just me then!! I soft reset it as I though it would help...but it didn't!

I'll plug it in and leave it overnight :straight:
