Downloading HERE maps on a PC

Hi there
I dont have wi fi (router)conection only regular (cellular) on t-mobile,and internet on my PC
for downloading one map (200 MB) i need wi fi,so Is there a way of downoading maps on PC and then instaling on the phone Lumia 925
any solution???

I don't think its possible, it'd be best to figure out how you can get Wi-Fi on your 925.
