Must be Wi-Fi.

A nice workaround though is putting your SIM into another phone and using it to tether.

When you are on windows 10 mobile its possible to download windows update via your mobile data but on wp8.1 you cant.

Yes they do give the option to download it over mobile data. But the size is 700+ MB so are you sure you want to do it over mobile data.

700 + mb? It will take ages to download ( in my place). Actually is there any improvement in this build compared to last one?

Using the latest build on Lumia 535, haven't had any issue and its as good as wp8.1 and battery life is comparable too
