Downloads limit back to 20 mb in 3G

Games and apps can't be downloaded over 3G if more than 20 mb it must be 50 yesterday.
 
Hmm? I'm sure it's still 50MB.
Certain apps make that 20MB limit, though. I've yet to confirm that the limit is indeed 20MB on HSPA/HSPA+.

I have a 620, by the way.

*And, shouldn't this be in the Windows Phone forum?*
