DTS Sound App problem in windows 11

I faced problem regarding DTS Sound App in my TOSHIBA laptop and solve this issue by uninstalling sound driver and reinstall. And it happens again and again when I install any cumulative update from Microsoft. I think Windows 11 have some compatibility issues with some of the drivers and addressed in future...

Did anyone face that problem and how he get rid of it...?
