due to a problem, I had to go back to Windows 7, can I reinstall Windows 10?

An update of some kind gave me a BSOD, cand now I can't get my computer to work. I had to go back to Windows 7 to try and fix it, so can I reinstall Windows 10 if I get the problem fixed?
