Duplicate Text

So just today my friends pointed out I've been sending duplicate texts to them. It happened after the update so I figured it was because of the 8.1 update. Has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it?

At first I thought it was did to having multiple instances of messages open at once from opening them from the notification, but this was but the case.

Ive had this same problem, I dont know why hut since the update people have been telling me ive been sending duplicate texts, and o don't know what to do, I'm just about to try a hard reset

Not sure if it's connected, but I'm receiving multiple texts from people since updating to 8.1 developers. Co-incidence?

Just been on the phone to my operator; orange (EE) and apparently its a fault on their end, so I'm happy its not my fault, it was just a coincidence that it happened at a similar time that the dev preview came out.
