Eating my Prepaid Load

Data Connection Off and it is set to 2G. I'm on a prepaid and loaded it 2$ of regular load for casual texting. Hours after, it's gone. This happened twice already since I updated it to the latest firmware. Anyone experiencing same thing?

Doesn't your provider have a web page showing use?

They might have a daily charge for service?

Unfortunately there's no such service like that. That is why I'm suspecting the new firmware...

happened to me the first day and also when i updated my phone. apparently, phone is initially set to use your cellular data plan, so it eats up data charges continuously. go to settings then cellular then set data connection to off. hope this helps
