Edge and Outlook.com - can't login anymore

Hello,

Using the Edge Browser, I was automatically logged into Outlook.com. Now, it takes me to a login screen. https://outlook.live.com/mail/
over and over if I click sign in, on both spost.

Click 'create a new account' - same issue.

Tryin an In Private window - sign in prompts me for a username and password, like it should.

Chrome and FF - work.

Suggestions - cache n cookies scrub??

thanks....was thinking that..
Gmail opens for me, but PDFs won't load.
FF and Chrome - no issue...of course...
