Edge Browser - Webpages Freezing on Launch

On my AT&T Lumia 640 running W10, whenever I go to launch a site from my favorites in Edge, the page is frozen. The only way I can get it to work is by closing the page/tab then re-launch from History and then the page/site loads normally.

Anyone else having the same issue or know of a fix?

Wow - guess I'm the only one that has this issue going on. That or everyone is jumping off the sinking Windows Phone ship...
