Edge doesn't include the option to save/open video files like IE

Why does the edge browser doesn't ask to save/open the video when you click on the download link of a video file? It was a really handy feature on IE. Edge automatically opens the files and sometimes fails to do so

Any other browser in store to have the above feature?
