Edge won't even respond. When I push the button it won't even come on?

I had someone on 'gotomeeting' with a shared screen earlier, and after I clicked to get out of the seminar, Edge won't work anymore?

I've had this happen a few times on a Win10 desktop machine.
The only solution that worked for me was to restart the PC.
