EE Answerphone

Anyone know how to activate EE's answerphone?

Just upgraded from orange but now I have no answerphone, I can ring the ap number and it tells me I have no messages but my phone just rings and rings now and never picks up on its own!

it's a different number isn't it for EE? I know the Orange AP was 123. Maybe it's still in the process of being moved over and sorted out - might be worth ringing them to double check.
