Most likely NO. Last Windows phone on Sprint is the Nokia Lumia 635. I am using one on the anniversary build.321 with good results.

For the X3 to run on Sprint would mean a working CDMA radio inside. At preset there is no indication that the radio is there or if it is, it's well hidden. That's why the X3 doesn't run on Verizon. Both carriers use the CDMA radio.

I also don't think the X3 has LTE bands 25,26 and 41 that are exclusive to Sprint.
