The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) could fine X up to 4% of its global annual turnover if the platform can't establish a legal basis for using users' data to train its chatbot without their consent.

Wait a minute wasn't he the one wanting to sue Microsoft for using data via Twitter and now he's trying to sue advertisers for not advertising on his platform even though he told them to do one....I wonder if the bookies are taking bets I reckon twitter will be sold at a loss or collapse by the end of the year
