I don't know why this happens, but almost everytime I try to send an email to someone via my phone, I get this error message immediately after from postmaster@mail.hotmail.com:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

[recipient(s)]"

I'm on a strong signal constantly, so idk what the issue could be.

Is it a valid email address? Is the recipient blocking your email?

When I used to have AT&T as my ISP, I'd get that error when I sent emails to a friend who had Verizon as his ISP. (I used a computer, not a mobile device.) I had to contact Verizon and get them to whitelist my IP address, since Verizon had my IP address blacklisted as a spam address. This happened even though my friend had me as a contact. Since AT&T used DHCP, I was constantly contacting Verizon to whitelist yet another IP address (each time my IP address changed). We were actually joking while figuring out how many IP addresses I still had left to get whitelisted. It ended up that I switched my ISP and never had that problem again.

That's not the issue, it's my father I'm trying to email haha and he doesn't have my email blocked, and his email is definitely valid.

Post the full error message and I can help you with the issue. If you want, you can send it to me in a PM.

Just started a new thread about a very similar problem, titled - Reply emails returning with address not known.

Thought this was more of a wifi n--band/bt router problem.. just read a bit deeper than the topic line and see its the same problem, possibly..

If Kerbero is still in the mood to chase this one down I can offer some Postmaster messages, and source info... This thread or my own is up to you..

thanks.
