Email settings Out of Date

I have a number of email address set on my phone and one of them is giving me problems. This particular email address gives me a notification that 'Your accounts email settings are out of date'

Does anyone know how to solve this? The email account in question is hosted at godaddy.com

the usualsolution is to remove it and add it back
or remove 2 factor authentication if it is there

I delete the address and re-inserted it, let me see !

outgoing server requires authentication - ticked off

require SSl for incoming - ticked off
require SSl for outgoing - ticked off

Are you using POP or IMAP, i'd suggest you check your network.
